We will setup a IVR system in Elastix.
1) Prepare Elastix server with proper networking
2) Add some extension
PBX > PBX Configuration > Extensions > Add an Extension
Generic SIP Device > Submit
Enter extension number in the several fields
Enter a secret/password
Disallow: all
Allow: ulaw&gsm&alaw&speex&opus&h263&h264&vp8
3) Create some department/category-wise Ring Group
PBX > PBX Configuration > Ring Groups > Add Ring Group
4) Add a real SIP Trunk to get a IP-Phone Number
PBX > PBX Configuration > Trunks > Add SIP Trunk
5) Configure Inbound
PBX > PBX Configuration > Inbound Routes > Add Incoming Route
6) Configure Outbound
PBX > PBX Configuration > Outbound Routes > Add Route
7) Prepare nodes and arrange your IVR voice file
8) Create an IVR
PBX > PBX Configuration > IVR > Add IVR
You can also configure Time Conditions for IVR staff maintain
PBX > PBX Configuration > Time Conditions
